3. Account Registration

The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 678v supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

4.2 All transactions on the 678v Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Cashier page of the Platform.

4.3 Before processing your first withdrawal, 678v is required to verify your identity in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include a driver's license, passport, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

12. Termination

12.1 678v reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

12.2 You may close your account at any time by contacting the 678v support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12.3 Upon termination of your account for any reason, all licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, 678v reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 678v reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
